The club's first pre-season tour took place from April 17th to April 21st 2008 at the cricketing Mecca of Magaluf.  A 20-20 competition took place on a round robin basis with hosts, Mallorca CC, and Northern Ireland side, Lurgan CC, providing the opposition.   WXRCC came home with the bronze medal!
