Welcome to Woodley Airfield Church
The Woodley Airfield Church was started in January 1994 on
the Woodley Airfield development just a few miles East of Reading and about a mile north
west of Winnersh Triangle in Berkshir
e. It is an ecumenical church which aims to draw on the best aspects
of the Church of England (Anglican), Methodist Church and United Reformed Church
traditions.
We don't have the burden of supporting our own church building, so we meet each Sunday for
worship at 10.30am in the Woodley C of E primary school at the junction of Hurricane Way
and Comet Way - look out for the red and white sign and the big banner on the school fence!
Week-night meetings take place in the homes of members of the church.

The Airfield Church is a welcoming place with an informal
style of worship and an emphasis
on the whole family. Everyone is
welcome from mature Christians to those who are wondering what Christianity is all about
and would like to find out a little more in a friendly and pressure free environment.
No-one is excluded from the love of Jesus Christ and our aim is that no-one should feel
excluded from our church - please come and join us and find out what God and the church
has to offer you.
