The leadership team at the Airfield Church normally comprises more than one member of staff and a church council of up to ten church members who have oversight between them of all aspects of the work of the church.

Nancy Quinnell is a part-time Methodist pastoral lay-worker and a Local Preacher. Nancy shares Methodist responsibility for the Airfield Church with the Minister.
