The leadership team at the Airfield Church normally comprises more than one member of staff and a church council of up to ten church members who have oversight between them of all aspects of the work of the church.

Revd Mike Hill is a full-time Methodist minister. Mike is a member of the Eastern Team of the Reading and Silchester Methodist Circuit and in addition to the Airfield Church he also has responsibility for Christ Church, Methodist/URC church, Woodley and Three Mile Cross Methodist / URC Church.
