Dave - 2005 "As you walk into Casi, on a Friday night, you are instantly confronted with a barrage of sensory experiences. Firstly, the the large speaker stack, aimed at you from the far side of the dance floor, smacks you around the face with the sound of the deliciously loud guitar music. Secondly, the saki behind the bar burns your insides like a thousand matches being ignited in your stomach. But probably the most obvious thing is the smell of blood, sweat, tears, sex, drugs and rock'n'roll. I believe it is fair to say, and most of my fellow friday-nighters agree, that casi is not the best place in the world for cleanliness, however, this compact little club does have its own charm. You see its the people who make a place like casi brilliant. You can talk to anyone there as long as you have something interesting to say, and if you wanna dance, go and dance, someone will dance with you and if they don't, who cares. The theory behind casi is simple,
Keep your nose clean and have a good time. In other words, if you can't be good, be bad."

The Oldest Pub in Warrington is the Black Horse on the now Old Liverpool Road (They just changed the name of the road). It was built in 1632 and it is said that old Oliver Cromwell stayed there planning things for the take-over of Warrington (this is the time when Warrington was valued at being worth a mere 4p!). One of the Arch Beams on the Gable end of the pub is said to have come from Nelsons flagship 'The Victory'. Anyway, it's quite a fine pub for the odd game of 'doms' or darts... Bingo is held on Wednesday nights and Quiznight is on a Thursday. The Landlord, Landlady and bar staff are always up for a natter plus there is a really huge beer garden with swings and stuff for the kids...

We used the function room for a meeting last week. The buffet was fine and the staff friendly. A few customers seemed to be enjoying their lunch.

The Ferry Tavern is a charming olde worlde pub situated on the banks of the Mersey. It's clear to see why it is the winner of CAMRA's waterside pub of the year award when they have such a lovely spot and a HUGE range of real ales and rare whiskeys. Also serve food, except Sundays, but come here for the beer!

"Andy 2004" Pub is nothing special in itself , quite quaint inside and the Locals Pubs Pubs Pubs and staff are friendly enough. What sets this place aside is the quality of the food which is brilliant , based around French/Mediterranean cuisine it offers a rich and varied menu with the odd seasonal specials thrown in , all top quality stuff , none of your "Brewers Fayre" type rubbish , all freshly prepared bistro quality fayre , nicely presented and always delicious , we have eaten there on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. They do a bar menu as well as the restaurant side which I believe (but have yet to try) is just as nice

"FireBlade 2003" Used to be my Local Pub, crackin' boozer you must have caught somebody on a bad day have never had a problem in there my misses likes the place too!

Ex Walker's house now serving Tetley dark mild and bitter, Burton Ale and one guest beer. Charlie started real ale in Warrington. Now carried on by Warrington. Good drinking pub. Listed as one of the most haunted pubs in England, It's a great place to visit mid afternoon if you like to drink in a smokey room full of old men.

(Dave 2003) This Pub surprised me. It had clean carpets and is a pleasant pub to sit in. Well Done

"Marie 2005" This is supposed to be one of the those pubs that has something for all the family. You can wait over an hour for your meal, even when there are only half a dozen customers in. The atmosphere is non-existent, the staff don't look a day over 14, and are more interested in trying to hide behind the door than providing any service! When you do get your meal, it won't be what you've asked for, and portion sizes wouldn't fill a pygmy! All this served on to tables still sticky from the last unfortunate family who sat there!!!
My advice - eat at home, and go find a proper pub to have a drink in!

 i have read a review on the mascrat manor which i was deeply shocked at. firstly may i state i work at this establishment and i hold a position of a supervisor. i have worked at the mascra manor for 6 months and still love being there. the staff work sooo hsrd to deliver exxelent standards of customer sertvice and this is gained through spirit new and exiting training and development package which teaches out team players what customers want. the food is of a very high standard as as long as i have been there has not been over 40 min even on mothers dat, the pub may have had a bad repuatioon last year but hasd recenlty been taken over by a very carinh and experienced manager. the staff are frinedly and could not do more. if the lady had came up to myself or had a compalint when a cjheck abck was made then myself would have done all i can to satisy the customer as out mtoo is we srtive to have every customer, leaving wanting to return "with a firend" AND WE INTEND TO PR
OVDE AND SHOW our valuded cuastomers just wehat wre can do .sop conme on down and try for yourself if no one belelieves me!

"Anon 2005" Having been myself I must say it is not a place I'd wish to return to. I had difficult finding something on the menu that was not Microwaved from frozen or deep fried

"David Jones 2005"  I've visited this establisment many times, mostly on a sunday for my sunday lunch & i can say i've never had a bad experience. It offers a fantasic 2-4-1 deal of the food & a large selection of beers. This is my favorite pub for both food & drink
