In 1993/4, Mike teamed up with the renowned magical lunatic John Archer to
create a comic escapology act called “Archini & Smith”
With this act they took the Alistair Wand at the 1995 British International Brotherhood of Magicians convention. They went on to play theatres and halls from Hull to the Isle of Man, and from Scotland to the South coast to great acclaim. They even managed to perform a version of it on BBC radio! Mike is on the left.
