2 litre head seal copper pipe solution
The head leaks oil from this area as shown, image borrowed from Marko's site (hope you don't mind Marko).

Marko is a real engineer and there is info on how to solve the problem on his web pages, however using a piece of copper tube is a proven method to cure the leak.
To cut the pipe it is best to use one of these tools. The can be obtained from plumber's supply or diy stores cheaply, you don't need the fancy version which can be expensive. Standard copper 8mm heating pipe. 3/4" (19mm) length of 6mm bore copper pipe. (longer that shown in picture this is to illustrate how good the pipe cutter is at producing neat square ends. Wind the setting down gradually to avoid squashing the end of the pipe). Approximate George
Chick reminded me: Chamfer pipe ends. Seal the pipe in place with rtv
(silicone gasket) Use cotton bud gets rid of excess rtv from oilway in block.
Leave overnight to cure if possible. Leave the restrictor in block.
