There is a No. 140 bus that leaves at 10:00 (German time)
for Mannheim and arrives at 11:40. The fare each way is Euro 14.00.

Getting from Neustadt to Hahn is harder
The reverse bus route is badly timed so that the 'most convenient'
bus is due to arrive at Hahn only five minutes before check-in
closes. Unless the bus arrives early, this leaves no time to unpack
the luggage from the bus luggage bay and get to the check-in on
time.
Train: Neustadt dep. Hbf 10:30 arr. Mannheim Hbf 11:03 (S-Bahn)
Bus: Mannheim dep. 11:50 arr. Hahn 13:30
This Mannheim to Hahn bus is not shown as connecting with the
14:15 flight to Stansted on the timetable.
Other buses from Mainz to Hahn are also very badly timed. They
are either much too early or just too late.
