Welcome to JTAC Development.

JTAC Development is the new name for James Townsend & Andy Clay Development.  We are two successful Software Development Engineers, with over 16 years experience between us, who have been working colleagues for a long time and are now setting up our own service, based in Lincolnshire, UK.

The idea for JTAC Development came about after we were both looking to contribute to the freelance software service, when we realised we could offer a better service aimed at businesses, and home users.  With our joint expertise in many areas of software and hardware, the overall goal is to turn JTAC Development into a successful full-time business.

JTAC Development specialises in Windows-based Applications, with considerable experience in VC++.Net, VC++ 6.0, C, VB, VBScript, MFC, MS Access, Paradox, ASP, Javascript, HTML,  Web-Based Security systems, as well as Full Stock Control Systems (both wireless and stand-alone), Barcode Scanning, Hand Held Data Collection, Data Transfer, Data Conversion, Thermal Labelling Printers and software, Computer Hardware and Windows-based software and more.

We have extensive experience of writing formal proposals, quotations and development plans, as well as customer support.

Here at JTAC Development, we will consider all requests, however small, and will send you a formal proposal, quotation and development plan, along with regular updates on the progress of your system

With plenty of experience in customer relations, our goals are as follows:

• To provide full and formal proposals, quotations and development plans to meet the customer needs.
• To provide stable, efficient and bug-free systems accurate to the customers needs at a competitive price
• To provide these systems on time and with full documentation
• All systems will have a 1 week 'tweaking' period where any slight changes can be made FREE of charge
• To provide after-sales telephone/mail support for the first month of the system FREE (after 1 month , support contracts will be required, contact us for details of cost and duration)
• To provide upgrades to any existing system at a competitive price
