Learn to Swim                        

Houghton Regis Swimming Club is currently looking for new members to join our friendly local club. If you are 1m or above in height and aged 5 upwards and wish to learn to swim- then why not come to our swim school.

We train on Mondays at Houghton Regis Leisure Centre between 5.30pm and 6.15 pm.

We are proud to be a friendly club, where people can enjoy swimming. We have an excellent team of enthusiastic coaching staff who are experienced in teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Our Swim School is ruin by ASA qualified teaching staff and we participate in the National Swim Awards programme.  This means that as your child progresses they are able to earn badges and certificates reflecting their achievements.
