Training Your Westie

Westie's Love to explore, around the house and gardens they have a strong urge to investigate. Each new venture tests they're world and they learn from they're experiences. During this learning process your Westie will soon know you are a good supplier of its daily wants and needs. Love and affection, daily food and water are just a few of your Westie's basic needs. He will look for direction from you to know if he is doing things right or wrong. 

Like young children the learning process at first is slow with two leaps forward and one leap back. On going tutorial will reinforce what he has learned and training your Westie never stops. Your Westie will soon learn ways to attract your attention and is very clever when it comes to getting you to give him a treat. It is your job to channel your Westie's natural instincts into what are regarded as socially acceptable and at the same time provide a good and safe lifestyle.
