Raw Uncooked food
The dogs descendant eat raw meat:
I hate hearing that nonsense, comparing the wolf to your beloved pet is simply
not on. Most of the time the wolf would have killed its prey and eat fresh,
however how many became ill ?, How many died ? we will never
know !!!. I am quite sure a lot of them did die from eating meat contaminated
with salmonella and listeria, these alone are killers.
All meat products provide an ideal medium for bacteria to grow and the longer
they are stored the more likely they are to become contaminated and present a
health risk.
When does that clock start ticking ?. From the moment the animal is killed ? or a week
later when you feed it to your pet ?. Dried meat products can be even worse !, just crawling with bacteria.
In addition to red meat, be aware that contamination can also happen with Raw chicken - may contain salmonella, Raw eggs - may contain salmonella
Kill Bacteria, cook all meat before feeding it to your Westie.
