deco-blue designs strives to provide you with individually hand crafted designs of a high quality. Due to the nature of the recycled denim used in our designs please be aware that your order may not be identical to the photos on the website. The photos should be used as a guide only. If you have any special requirements please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How to order
You can order by post, phone or by emailing wendy@deco-blue.co.uk to enquire about a product.

Methods of Payment

We can accept payment by Paypal or chreque. Cheques should be made payable to : "Wendy Young" and sent to the address above. Please include your cheque card number and expiry date on the back.

Postage & Packing
A flat rate of £3.95 is charged on all orders within Mainland U.K., regardless of how many items have been ordered.

If you are ordering only Lavender Hearts, Handknit Heart Brooches or Flower Brooch Kits - there is no additional postage to pay.

We are happy to post abroad and will confirm postage costs with you before taking payment.

Delivery
We aim to send your order by First Class Post within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment.

Personalised items or Special Orders will take longer, we will contact you with an expected delivery time. We will also inform you should we be unable to deliver your chosen item(s) within the normal delivery time.

Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your order is produced to the highest quality,however, should you find any faults with your purchases, please contact us immediately so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.
