Desperation
“Rodney, please,” Elizabeth begged.
His eyes hardened. “No. You know what happened last time. I gave in, then you ran straight to Sheppard.”
“I didn’t run to him… he worked it out. I had to tell him.”
“You didn’t have to!” said McKay petulantly.
“I won’t do it this time.” She licked her lips. He had to believe her… she really, really needed this… now.
“You will.” He folded his arms over his chest, setting his jaw defiantly. “I’m not going to give way on this.”
“Please, Rodney. Please let me have just one cup of your secret coffee supply.”
