Learningwheels® was launched in January 2008 by Andy Craig a Languages teacher and his wife Wendy, a teacher of Design Technology.
The first product launched was the French Individual set of Learningwheels® which sold so well that other language versions soon followed. 'Telling the Time' clocks and beginners Maths products were also added to the range.
Over 35,000 products have been sold to schools, teachers, parents and pupils as well as adult learners in the first 18 months. A high percentage of schools Nationally now use Learningwheels® products in their classroom.
Learningwheels® products are now available to order or purchase through various retail outlets including: Amazon; Waterstones; Little Linguist; Grant & Cutler; as well as local bookshops (with a pre-order service). Many sales have included those to overseas customers.
The products are continuing to sell extremely well, both in retail and with more schools putting faith into the product range. Not only that many of the products are already high up on the Amazon lists in their category, with some reaching the number 1. spot!
