Fresh Minotaur stew

To make this stew you will need:

A Large magic resistent pot with a well fitting lid (This is to prevent resurrection of your meal before its well and truely cooked)

A camp fire or kitchen to cook your meal in

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb boned Minotaur

4 large potatoes

2 large onions

3 or 4 medium carrots

2 cups water

salt and pepper

Firstly you will need to gather some good sized Minotaur meat, you may be lucky and find some odd limbs laying around, if not you will have to go out and kill your own minotaur and keep either the limbs or torso (if you are lucky) the head can be discarded as its mainly bone and not good for much, once you have enough for the stew any left can be frozen for use at a later date, cut the meat into good size chunks. Peel the vegetables and slice thickly. Choose a pot with a well-fitting lid and put in the ingredients in layers, starting and finishing with potatoes. Pour in the water and season to taste. Cover and put on a very low heat for about two and a half hours until the meat is tender and the potatoes have thickened the liquid. The dish may also be made with Ogre, in which case it requires two days cooking time to make the meat edable, you will need to add the veg in the last couple of hours of cooking if you choose to use Ogre meat otherwise you will end up with a pot full of mush.
