Can't we substitute "offensive" in place of "politically incorrect" at least just this once? Eh? Yuppiestask How about Yuppie for Y? I know it is a bit of a slang, and may not be universaly understood, but it is certainly politically incorrect! stas - fivestep.com The Headmaster stas, 'Yuppie' doesn't really fit in because it's a comparatively recent coinage, and I'm looking here for older words or usages which have since lost their acceptability. I'm also not immediately sure how to illustrate 'Yuppie' recognisably using just my fat crayon - I can fit a brick mobile into the picture but the Porsche will have to stay in the garage. BTW I like your photos. Really nice. The peripheral blurring introduced by your fisheye lens gives an authentic hangover effect, and the North Italy pics make me want to go back to Venice again. The Cork and Aran islands albums make me want to go there for the first time! |
