Black cape, maybe a little blood on the fangs...certainly enough to make it hard to get the kiddies to sleep.

I was thinking of this myself late the other night, as I sat watching the horror channel. True, it's not strictly politically incorrect, but scaring children with horrors from beyond the grave has a - limited - place (cf coffin, ghost, skeleton etc), and Vampire is definitely one of the classics of the lexicon.
I think we'll skip Frankenstein, Mummy, Werewolf etc. unless I find I have too much time on my hands.
