The Headmaster A modern alphabet should be inclusive, and as far as I know, nuns are pretty much confined to the Church of Rome. They make a nice picture too - there was a 70's artist who populated all his paintings with nuns, because it saved having to draw legs. It was that or penguins. The Headmaster After chancing on an enlightening film on late night television, featuring details of nuns' habits from top to bottom, I've just updated the nun illustration to include a guimpe. Not every order includes it in their uniform but is very common - see the excellent selection of nuns for sale at www.catholicsupply.com/christmas/nun.html And I'd thought I was being clever to remember the rosary. The Lawyer No digital trickery on this one then? I thought nuns were always the first subject of x-ray specs! Didn't they feature in your alternative school magazine? The Headmaster 'Ye Olde Gossip' you'll be referring to, it may have featured nuns, I can't recall. Most of it wasn't so tasteful: for instance, the 'topless' page three models were decapitated. The Lawyer I didn't know they shaved. How did you find out, Headmaster, Sir? Disappointed that there are no stockings, but the nurse makes up for the lack here. The Headmaster Not shaved - plucked. |
