BrideThe Headmaster Marriage is of course a form of patriarchal oppression, perpetuating outmoded sexual and cultural stereotypes and denying women their full potential*. In the West the bride is draped in white to symbolise her virginity, and is given by her previous owner, her father, to her new owner, her husband, to become his unpaid housemaid and sex slave. So both Bride and Groom can be viewed as politically incorrect. *The exception to this is lesbian marriage. In lesbian marriages there is no oppression, the participants taking turns to beat the rugs and mow the lawn. GroomThe Headmaster As in 'Bride and' rather than 'Horse and'. The male oppressor primped up in his finery and pumped up with testosterone to commit legalised rape.
The Headmaster A quick change of bride - Debra is off-palette, and anyway it would be rude to show her getting ready for her big day - and the loving couple are all set for their exchange of vows. I also made a dress-up game for the wedding card, so it's similarly adapted and here to download as pdf files - one in colour (for lazy people like you) and one line version (for children with coloured crayons clutched in their chubby little fingers). If you enjoy these, make it over to the uniform page zarathustra The Groom looks exactly like George Bush (to me)...anyone else agree? |
