Am I wicked? 'Y' is a hard one to crack, but I thought perhaps a classic Fu Man Chu style Chinese man. You could prevent this by coming up with a better suggestion.

In the absence of any better suggestions, and given that this was the last letter to be without an illustration, Y is for Yellow man (an term for Chinese men that was in common usage not so long ago, but is now recognised as being offensive).

It could be under C for Chinaman or Chink, but I am woefully short on suggestions for Y, so under Y is where it goes.
