A Jew is up - he's orthodox, and the fine attention to detail which you have come to expect is revealed in the inclusion of the tzitzis hanging below the hem of his coat. He has a sallow complexion (Biggles would have marked him down as a wrong'un for that alone) and is, of course, rubbing his hands together as he plots either a) the Jewish/Communist conspiracy to rule the world or b) the Jewish/Capitalist conspiracy to rule the world. Or he's looking forward to gefilte fish for his supper.
