Building Domestic Windpumps

Here are a few pictures and figures from the second edition of my book on windpumps. This second edition will include several design improvements that have been developed since the first edition was started and allthough it may be some time before the second edition is finished, the improved drawings are available to purchasers of the first edition.

The drawings on this web page are not supposed to enable you to build a wind pump, but hopefuly they will give a flavour of the book and the quality of the content!

I have also carried out tests on several "novel" methods for cleaning domestic grey water to make it suitable for putting on the garden or in ponds where good water quality is important. I plan to include details of these techniques later but for now the my web page is still too young and I need to plan a bit before adding any more
