13. John CREMER, M. Born abt 1589.

Known as John Cremer of Snettisham

In 21.8.1604 when John was 15, he married Elizabeth BEDDINGFIELD, F, daughter of Thomas BEDDINGFIELD, M (~1545->1609) & Mary BEDDINGFIELD, F (1549->1616), in Rymerstone. Born abt 1580 in Wighton, Norfolk. Buried aft 16.6.1663.

The Bedingfields can trace there family back to Ogerus Beddingfield born 1030 in France.

They had the following children:
i. John, M. Born abt 1614 in Snettisham. Buried in 1703 in Ely Cathedral.

Known as John of Snettisham
He is buried Ely Cathedral in the South isle next to the East corner.
He remained single until he married on the 14.1.1695 at the age of 81 years old at Saint Margarets Westminister.
Admitted to the middletemple Gray's Inn on the 31.1.1632/3 at the age of 18/19 years old. See Foster p 193.
He never fathered any children.

There's an inscription on his tomb in Ely Cathedral which reads:-

Sacred to the memory of John Cremer nobely born and decended from an old family in the district of Norfolk.
And also to his wife Alice Cremer youngest born of Algernon Peyton of Doddington.
Professor of Theology who by a former marriage to John Nalson of law had likewise been happily united.
The former died 1703 age 89 years ,the latter 1717 in her 67th year.

In 14.1.1695 when John was 81, he married Alice NALSON, F, daughter of Algernon PEYTON, M & Elizabeth COOKE, F, in Saint Margarets Westminister. Born in 1649 in Doddington. Buried in 1717.

At time of marriage Alice Nalson was living Saint Brides, London.

Joan married O'HARA, M. Born in Ireland.
iii. Beddingfield, M.

died a single person.

14. Edmund CREMER, M. Born in 1590/1.

Known as Edmund Cremer of Kings Lynn
Is mentionen in the 1661 hearth taxes as living Kings Lynn and having 7 hearths.

On 7 Feb 1623 when Edmund was 33, he married Alice BRAGG, F, daughter of John BRAGG, M. Born in Strafford, Suffolk.

They had the following children:
i. Elizabeth, F. Born abt 1624. Buried abt 1685.

Left a will dated 1685 and proved 1689

Elizabeth first married Josh ELLISTON, M. Born in Essex.

He left a will dated 1663/4

Elizabeth second married John JEFFS, M. Born in Saint Martins In The Field.

he left a will dated 1689.

Martin married Mary FIENNES, F, daughter of Lady FIENNES, F. Born abt 1643.
iv. Alice, F. Born abt 1642.

Burkes landed Gentry states that it was Mary Cremer not Alice Cremer who married John Holley of Holme.

Alice married John HOLLEY, M. Born abt 1640 in Holme, Norfolk.

Admitted Cains College Cambridge aged 17 years on the 13.10.1657.
v. George, M. Born in 13.10.1644.

Admitted Gray's Inn 27.10.1666.
He was "Recorder of Lynn" in 1686

Frances married Edward BLOOME, M. Born in Sherbourne.
vii. Robert, M.

Known as Robert of Tacolneston.

15. Anne CREMER, F. Born abt 1590.

On 6 Aug 1609 when Anne was 19, she married Martin COBB, M, in St Peter Mancroft, Norwich. Born abt 1579 in Snettisham. Martin died bef 20.9.1642, he was 63.

They had the following children:
i. Edmund, M. Born in 1610 in Snettisham. Buried aft 1665.
ii. Thomas, M. Born in 1614 in Snettisham.
iii. Martin, M. Born in 1615 in Snettisham. Buried on 4 Feb 1687 in Burnham Norton.
iv. Elizabeth, F. Born in 1620 in Snettisham.
v. Robert, M. Born in 1622 in Snettisham.
vi. Geoffrey, M. Born in 1623 in Snettisham. Buried on 11 Feb 1657 in Castor, Norfolk.
vii. Francis, M. Born in 1625 in Snettisham. Buried in 24.9.1668.
