| This undergraduate course covers the major approaches to Second Language Acquisition (SLA) from a linguistics perspective in breadth rather than depth. It is often taken by those who have personal experience as an L2 learner, a teacher, or a person brought up bilingually. It is not, however, about language teaching per se. It does not assume particular linguistics background, which will be supplied when needed. | |
