SoundVQ and Netscape

Instructions For Use

Unfortunately this server does not yet support the SoundVQ format correctly.

You can, however play these files using the following procedure:

  1. Hold Shift key down and click on link
  2. You will be prompted to save this (very small) file (which will be called something like songtitle.vql or songtitle.vqe)
  3. After saving this file, you need to double click on it. (You must have the SoundVQ player installed)
  4. Your SoundVQ player will now open, and after a few seconds (30 secs. max.), will begin to play

Helpful Tip

If you have a good fast connection, you may be able to switch off the perfect play option (on the SET menu). Although playback will be more prone to stuttering, playback will begin much more quickly (typically within 5 to 10 seconds)
