All full week bookings are Friday 4pm to Friday 10am.
Initial payments
The Initial Payment shown below is needed to secure your holiday. Payment in full is required if you are booking within 56 days of your holiday. The balance of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please make cheques out to Mrs AJ Ransom and send to Vine Farm, 38 Church Street, Stapleford, Cambridge, CB22 5DS.

Cancellation
We advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.
In the event of cancellation the following will apply:
• Prior to 8 weeks before holiday a sum will be charged equal to the initial payment.
• 4 – 8 weeks before holiday 50% of the hire charge will be charged.
• Less than 4 weeks before holiday the full sum will be charged.
• If Broadwater Cottage is relet for the cancelled week then a refund of the total sum paid, less the non-refundable initial payment, will be made.
