Whether one of the HDTV standards, NTSC, or PAL, a stock footage house must address these issues today, not sometime in the future. Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk offers all clips in 16:9 as well as standard 4:3.
Which Format Is Right For You?
If your project’s technical requirements are not set, our 16:9 clips provide the most flexibility. They can be cropped, or panned left and right to fit a full screen 4:3 project, or letter boxed top and bottom. Since all the image information of the original master is preserved, you have a full range of options.
Most editing and compositing software can understand and handle 16:9 NTSC and PAL. However, if you don’t need the flexibility and are just producing for standard 4:3 television, we also offer a cropped full screen NTSC and PAL version of each clip at a price savings.
I’ve Never Had All These Choices Before? Why?
Most stock houses prepared their content libraries years ago, and only sell either standard NTSC or PAL. Since we master in the 16:9 world of HDTV we provide more choices and ways of handling your NTSC or PAL.

All clips are mastered as PhotoJpg QuickTimes at 98% quality setting, then packaged as a “zip” file for easy download. Integration
Licensee specifically agrees that this document shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and that any terms or conditions, not listed in this document shall be deemed void.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without reference to its laws relating to conflicts of law and not including the provisions of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the Superior Courts of the State of Colorado in Denver County. Users of this website agree that any and all disputes arising from the use of this website, or the ordering of materials from this website, shall be settled by binding arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk, such action is necessary or desirable. No Waiver, Severability

Modification
Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Limitations
(i) Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, footage provided to Licensee may not be shared, copied, sublicensed, resold or redistributed. (ii) The footage licensed by this agreement may not under any circumstances be used in or in conjunction with defamatory, pornographic, obscene, libelous, illegal, or fraudulent material and may not be sold as a stock element or as part of any other content library or collection.
License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, and demonstrate any footage obtained by you from dataWEB. The footage licensed by this agreement may be used only for the purpose specified and may not be sold or reused without the written permission of Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk.
Fees and Payments: In exchange for the usage of Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk footage as provided in this license agreement, you agree to pay toLiverpool-Skyline.co.uk a license fee in advance in the amount most recently quoted by Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk for each Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk footage shot that you order.
Copyright
Licensee also agrees that the Copyright, ownership and title to the footage licensed by this agreement is owned and retained by Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk Licensee agrees this agreement is not a work for hire. Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk acceptance of payment by Licensee shall not transfer title, copyright, or ownership of the footage to the licensee. The licensee's rights to use of the footage shall be non-exclusive.
Warranty
All footage licensed by this agreement is delivered upon the express understanding, to which the licensee agrees by acceptance of such footage, that Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk warrants only its title to the footage. Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk makes no other warranty, express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.
Limited Liability
The licensee will hold dataWEB, Inc., the distributor, duplicator, website Internet service provider, and the copyright holder of the footage harmless against any liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with such use or the license of such footage to the licensee. dataWEB, Inc., and the footage's copyright holder, shall not be liable to the licensee or any other entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of this license agreement or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you, and that of our dealers and suppliers, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
Injunctive Relief
You agree that any breach of your obligations with respect to Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk proprietary or intellectual property rights will result in irreparable injury to Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk for which money damages are inadequate, and you therefore agree that Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk is entitled to injunctive relief in addition to any other relief that a court may deem proper.
Termination
The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately: (i) stop using the Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk footage. (ii) delete the Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk footage and all copies from all magnetic media and destroy all other copies. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to any other rights or remedies Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk may have as a result of any breach of this Agreement. Neither party will be entitled to damages as a result of termination of this Agreement as provided herein.
Promotion & Demo
Unless Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk receives written notification from Licensee to the contrary, Licensee hereby grants Liverpool-Skyline.co.ukthe right to display any derivative works within Licensee's possession or control that incorporate one or more shots of Liverpool-Skyline.co.ukfootage for dataWEB's marketing, educational, and promotional purposes as examples of customer usage. At Licensee's request, dataWEB will identify Licensee as the author of such derivative work. | NON-EXCLUSIVE STOCK FOOTAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Royalty Free License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk The term Content is defined as any images, illustrations, photographs and video, including stills from the video, included in the Product purchased. By using Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly return the image, discontinue use, and destroy any copies you may have. Agreement is as follows:
All Content owned by Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk and is protected by international copyright laws. SkyTimeLapse.com warrants that it has the right to grant this license to you.
Your right of usage under this Agreement is the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Content in whole or in part in advertising and promotional materials for you or your customers or direct clients. Examples of use include: advertisements, articles in magazines and newspapers, reports, brochures, books, newsletters, multimedia applications and presentations, packaging, broadcast, films, documentaries, television productions, commercials, and training and industrial videos. Content may be used as part of a web site or design that appears on a web site on the internet.
Content may not be rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any form. Additionally, you agree to take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent any third party from duplicating or distributing any Content. Defamatory, offensive, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful uses of images are expressly prohibited. You may NOT USE THE CONTENTS ON OR IN ANY FORM OR PRODUCT FOR RESALE. All equipment accessing Content must be at one physical location and be operating under one organization. No copies of this Content may be resold or redistributed.
This license will terminate automatically without notice from Liverpool-Skyline.co.uk if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content, and shall destroy all Content or copies thereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
