There is A cloud over Liverpool, There has always been, I should know I live here, Lets hope the cloud has a silver lining. The Culture award has inspired local people to want to be a part of the celebrations. Without this initiative, I am sure many ideas would not have come into existence this perhaps is one of them. Though when I look back on the events of 2004 that led to this projects inception, It gives me great pleasure to announce this project. It is gathering momentum as the clock is ticking, and its good to be riding the ripples in the “Pool of Life”.
There will always be Clouds over Liverpool, but due to its location they blow over. In the run up to 2008 there are sure to be some changes to to the city, but somethings will never change. Sometimes the change is too slow for you to notice. The Liverpool Skyline Project DVD ‘Speeds up’ the changes filmed on the River Mersey so you can appreciate it.
