At the CDMA we are not interested in letting Bullies continue in their reign of terror. There are ways to stop bullies and we aim to let everyone know about them and how to implement them.

For too long schools, workplaces and bad relationships have seen bullies get their own way. It is time to empower the bullied and to make this title a thing of the past.

Our programme incorporates a system to implement into the ethos of the school, club or relationship, where bullying occurs. Then as the bullies are found to continue, the system shows how to deal with them. The bully now becomes responsible for what they have done. The punishment must then be implemented and carried through, with the help of the CDMA. The martial arts are used to show proper behaviour to the bullies and positive and confident behaviour to the bullied.

Counselling is incorporated to both the bully and the bullied throughout the whole programme for them both to understand why they do what they do and to help those to get over what has been done to them.

This system is used in all Warriors Wing Chun Schools and in all parts of the Warriors Workshop group.
