•Customer service I am a coach, an assessor and a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
The way I work:
I develop individual training programmes to specifically address the needs of the client, by working closely with each client to identify the required outcomes. So you can be sure that the outcomes you get are the outcomes you really want.
The focus of my training programmes is on building participant confidence in their own abilities, and giving them the opportunity to practise skills within a safe environment. So participants will return to the workplace having already used the new skills they’ve acquired.
I know people learn in different ways, so I use a variety of activities and learning methods to be sure that all learning styles are addressed.
The litmus test of effective training is - how much is transferred back to the workplace? So I focus participant attention on action planning at the end of each training programme. I can offer post-course coaching to ensure participants gain maximum benefit from the training they’ve undertaken. (Research shows significantly more of the skills learnt on a training course are transferred back to the workplace when the training is followed up by postcourse coaching.)
