The MOSES GATE is a circuit venue with no passing local trade and as such relies on admission charges.  It is in the interest of the venue & the band to promote all gigs as much as possible.  You are free to set up any kind of
merchandise stall in an effort to sell CD's, T-Shirts, Badges etc.

If you've got your OWN P.A you can have any THURSDAY Night or SUNDAY Night

NO P.A / Inferior Sound Quality ?
A quality high end P.A up to 6k and pro engineer is available at £100 inc charged to the ACT/Band.

A low end vocal P.A of around 1k with set up only is available for £50 inc charged to the ACT/Band.  Adequate for bands with quality back line gear.  I.E Vocals and Kick, Snare Mic'ed only.  Both P.A systems are on a hire basis to be paid by the band or taken from guaranteed fee.

NOTE:-  Any ACT/BAND will NOT play within the POST CODE AREA of "BL*" or the B.T Area Code of "01204" within 28 (twenty eight) day period .  If found to be the case the booking and future bookings will be
affected.

NOTE:-  Cancellations within 2 (two) months of booked date will be deemed ok if a checkable appropriate reason is given.  However a cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days will be deemed unsatisfactory and the artists/band will NOT be booked again.  This is due to advance publicity, website, gig guides, press etc and the inconvenience of booking another band at cost. 

TO PLAY AT MOSES GATE UNDER THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Give us at least 3 (three) dates in order of preference. THURSDAY or SUNDAY Only.
Two 45 minute sets or provide a support band/s (similar genre). 
Supply venue with no less than 4 (four) A3 or A2 Posters. 2 (two) Landscape A3's are great, TOP one = BAND Name, BOTTOM one = DAY & DATE Only!  We can use these on external windows.  The more the better.  A4's are CRAP!.  Aim at sending publicity 2-3 (two to three) months before date booking.

NOTE:-  Please use A4 Envelopes for all printed matter e.g Flyers/Posters etc.  It's ok to fold up A3's & A2's.

TIP:  Punters want to know WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE not some self indulgent band biogs and crappy pics.  Save that for MyFace! etc

FEE: Negotiable - First time at The Moses Gate will be a "Door" deal.

To soundcheck in front of the paying punters is deemed to be an amateuristic escapade & not a professional musical attitude.  Please try to adhere to the 8.30pm cut off time.
