of business
Photoness
is in the business of providing a professional photographic service.
Should
your wedding date be changed for any reason or should your wedding
be cancelled for any reason the deposit is non refundable. Clients
may cancel this contract prior to the wedding day, thereby forfeiting
all deposits paid by written notice.
Your
preview album/or DVD Slideshow will be ready approximately one week
after the wedding. On delivery the outstanding balance is due for
payment. After delivery of previews we request that your final order
of reprints and previews be ready for collection within 12 weeks.
You understand and agree that Photoness provides a service and that
Vanessa Wayne cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage
to the preview album whilst in your care. Photographs should not
be removed from the preview album. If the preview album of photographs
is misplaced (lost) or damaged whilst in your care, you will be
charged at re-print prices for each photograph that has not already
been paid for. Also a fee of £80 for the misplaced preview
album.
Every
possible care is taken to fulfil our professional obligations, where
we are unable to meet these through equipment failure, faulty processing
or for whatever other reason in part or in whole of any coverage
liability is limited to a refund of the money already paid.
This
contract incorporates the entire understanding although extreme
care will be taken with the negatives, digital images and photographs.
Vanessa Wayne does not guarantee that all colours will be reproduced
with absolute accurancy.
Vanessa
Wayne can not be held responsible for weather conditions or Act
of God i.e. Hurricanes. we most always arrive 1 hour before the
church ceremony we can not be held responsible for traffic accidents.
As
creator and copyright owner Vanessa Wayne has the exclusive right
to reproduce your photographs. Therefore under Copyright Act 1988
it is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without
written permission from the copyright owner, under the terms of
the above Act of Parliment.
