This chrome plated Le Cheminant is fitted with a 25 jewelled Eta 2772 automatic movement.
The movement calibre dates this watch to being produced in the late 1960s, early 1970s.
The watch has the serial number 9917 on the screw down back.
Chrome plated 25J Automatic Watch
A recent addition to the collection, the watch was purchased in late December 2006. This is an early chrome plated watch which is in very good condition, with little plate loss to the case althought there are grooves worn into the lower lugs, due to placing the watch on an expandable steel bracelet which were fashionable in the 1970s. The white dial is in excellent condition except for several small marks, which are difficult to see unless magnified. The crown is not original to the watch and will be changed when it is, next, serviced.
