This chrome plated Le Cheminant watch is fitted with a 17 jewelled AS 1902 manual wind movement.
The movement calibre dates this watch to being manuafactured in the early 1970s.
The watch has a little staining on the dial and has a cracked crystal which has to be changed.

The previous owner, Raouf Wilson an Enicar and Gruen watch collector in Canada, had purchased this watch as one of a pair of watches at an auction. Having contacted Raouf, he kindly decided to send the watch to me to add to the collection without, I may add, asking for anything in return, not even the cost of the postage. I am eternally grateful to Raouf for this kind and generous gesture. Thank you Raouf. The most facinating thing about this watch is how the Arabic numerals appear to be made of circular wire.
