This watch is fitted with an ETA movement calibre 2772 instead of an ETA movement calibre 2782.
The movement dates this watch to between 1970 and 1982.
A very recent purchase, this Le Cheminant Invincible automatic required little work initially. This watch is in remarkable condition for its age, the reason I bought a second blue dialled Invincible in the first place. It was a bonus, finding it had a different movement, as it again proves to me that this was a common practice if movements of a certain calibre were in short supply, had been updated or a range of watches outlasted the supply of movements of a certain calibre.
