Purchased in July 2003, this Le Cheminant 1822 gold plated automatic with skeleton back, had to be repaired upon receipt. Fully serviced by Le Cheminant in September 2003, it is now one of the most accurate watches in my collection, currently running approx 2 seconds fast per day. The gold plated casing is in prestine condition and the movement, with its gold rotor looks fantastic through the exhibition back (see photo below)
