Purchased on the 14th May 2005, this Le Cheminant, grey dialled, 17 jewelled, manual watch is fitted with a FHF movement caliber 73-4N circa 1965. This watch was purchased with a badly cracked crystal, a slightly dirty dial and a case that needed a clean. It has been fitted with a new crystal, the dial and case cleaned and it is a lovely addition to the collection. Below is a photograph of the watch upon receipt and prior to being restored. A special thank you to Brian, a local watchmaker, who assisted me with the rapid transformation.
