Stainless steel, Le Cheminant, 17 jewelled, manual wind watch with a lovely silver dial and sub second.
Fitted with a Unitas movement calibre 6300, this dates the watch to the mid 1960s.
This watch has the serial number 2142 inscribed on the case back.
A more recent addition to my collection and has just returned from Le Cheminant Watches Ltd where it had a service and a new crystal fitted. When I purchased this watch the crystal was cracked and the sub second hand was floating around inside the watch. It has a three part casing, top for the crystal, mid section for the movement and the snap on back. The Unitas 6300 movement dates this watch to the mid 60s, the time off Mods and Rockers.
