Fitted with an ETA movement calibre 2782 with quickset date.
The movement dates this watch to between 1970 and 1982.
This Le Cheminant Invincible automatic required little work initially. It has been fitted with a new crystal by a local watchmaker but I will have to remove the movement again as static in the crystal has caused a build up of fine dust on the inside. It is one of the only automatic watches that does not spring to life after a couple of turns of the winder so, is next in line to go for a service at Le Cheminant Watches. The gold plated casing on this watch is, compared to some of the others in my collection, in remarkable condition.
