| I specialise in painting and drawing mainly from life. | |||
| This has led me to the study of form in still-life, figure and landscape motifs. | |||
| My developing work is concerned with the dynamic integration of drawing within painting, through the use of saturated colour. | |||
| By this means I wish to interpret the immediacy of personal experience and a sense of place into durable and striking images. | |||
