All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be free of manufacturing defects. Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect it carefully. If you find the product to be damaged or otherwise faulty, please return it promptly within 7 days in the original box, for a free replacement. Under no circumstances can we accept a returned item once it has been used. If the polyethylene cover on the handle of a racquet is removed and/or the racquet has been used for playing (even a single game), it is not eligible for warranty replacement.Bags & Racket Cases note:ZIPS,STRAPS, Due to possible excessive weight & overload of items,or nature of handling bags we will consider a 7 days warranty when you recieve. Please return promptly within 7 days in the original box unused. postage will be paid by buyer unless we are satisfied for free replacement or refund. T-Shirts & Squash Grips are checked personally before posting & WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS .

SQUASH RACKET WARRANTY,for tulios-Pro-1,tulios-1B,tulios-2G,tulios-3R

You must have a valid proof of purchase that the item is valid for 4 months warranty.You then have 4 months warranty from when you recieve your racket this is to ensure there is no defect in the racket frame,TEST the racket within this time and do not hit or scrape the walls.Your warranty is invalid if there are signs that the racket has been scuffed or knocked at any point of the frame.

STRINGS are not covered under the warranty .Please note that tulios.com strings are tested and play well. Therefore tulios.com are unable to guarantee the strings of any racket sold and will not replace a racket or strings should the strings break.
 

Any Other brands you must send back to original brand company.
