welcome to newbie bassist I would like to start by saying that I still consider myself a newbie bassist and am no way an expert on any of the topics covered in this site
Why make another website for people starting out on the bass?
- Most sites like this are covered in adverts
- I wanted to make a site that was easier to navigate
- Not enough sites have video explinations on what to do
- Many beginner sites that are aimed at new players tend to lose track of who they are aiming their site at and get to complicated to quickly
So whats so special about this website?
The main aim of this site is to be a starting point for people who want to play the Bass Guitar. I hope people will have a quick look round here and then use what they learn to progress to the many other sites that are out there.
To the right I have included a short list of places to go on to when you have looked around this site.
The highlight of this website is "Newbie Bassist TV". We use it to actually show you what to do as its often easier to see something than read pages of text.
