We accept the following methods of payment: -

  • Paypal

  • Cash on Collection

  • Personal Cheque

  • Postal Order

  • Bank Transfer

There is no preference to which payment method you prefer. However, any orders will not be dispatched until all monies are cleared.
You do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment, however if you are not, you will require a credit card to make payment. Kdc aquatics does not hold any credit card details on file as all credit information is processed by Paypal and all information is encrypted via a highly secure server. Delivery charges

The minimum delivery charge is £15.95 for any amount of live stock. The maximum amount charged will be £25.00. These figures are dependant on weight and the day you would like to take delivery. Unfortunatly we are unable to deliver over weekends.
Charges for equipment vary, so please enquire before purchasing.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship anywhere other than Great Britain at this time. However, this is being looked into and this may change in the future.

Shipment and Packaging

All orders will be posted on a weekday to be delivered the following day. The day of delivery is to be arranged with you at a time most convenient to you. All orders will need to be signed for regardless of value or size so please ensure someone is available to do this. We regret that in the case of live fish, we are unable to ship these direct to your place of work due to health and safety laws. All livestock are fasted the day before shipping to ensure the water they are transported in is as unspoiled as possible. All orders are double bagged and treated with ammo lock and stress coat as well as being filled with oxygen. These will then be shipped in appropriate packaging and heat packs provided during the colder months at no extra cost to you. A confirmation email will be sent on the day of shipment (the day prior to delivery) advising that your order has been dispatched.

DOA

Whilst every measure is taken to ensure safe delivery of your order, Dead On Arrivals can occur. If the rare occasion of this happening occurs, we will require a photograph of the DOA, still sealed in the bag, emailing to us within 30 minutes of you accepting delivery. This can be done via the Contacts Page with your invoice number in the subject title. All DOA's will be refunded in full, or a credit raised for a future order and this is at your choice. Should you not be available to take delivery of the order and sign for it at the time of delivery, this voids this guarantee.
