Orville4 Purchase Protection Plan

To ensure complete peace of mind and a full service to our customers, Kerrie & Stewart (Orville4) offer a comprehensive delivery protection service. This will cover you for any loss or damage to your purchases through the mishandling of your goods, from despatch to delivery. We endeavour to pack our items as well as we possibly can, using proffesionally recommended packing materials and casing. However, we are not infaliable and the postal service is not always as efficient and careful as we would like them to be. To avoid possible disappointment we recommend that you take advantage of our protection insurance.

The Orville4 purchase protection plan is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

Kerrie & Stewart Glenard (Orville4) shall pay compensation to the Customer for loss or damage to any purchase up to the final bidding price of the item when sold on eBay.co.uk. They are not liable to pay the items market value price or the final retail price of the purchase, should it be offered for resale.
Our compensation liability covers only the safe delivery of the goods purchased from despatch to the items final destination.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss sustained after the acceptance of the item.
We must be notified of any claim for compensation within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel.
Any claim for damage compensation must be accompanied by photographic or other evidence, if required. Compensation cannot be paid out if the Customer cannot produce such evidence if requested.
Any compensation paid out under these terms and conditions will be limited to the repair costs of the item(s) damaged or, if they are lost or damaged beyond repair, the final bidding price originally realised on eBay.co.uk.
Any claim for loss compensation will be deemed null and void should the delivery address sent by the customer be found to be incorrect or different from the address where the item was to be sent.
Kerrie & Stewart Glenard (Orville4) reserve the right to refuse to offer insurance if they so wish.
Kerrie & Stewart Glenard (Orville4) shall not be liable (Whether for the payment of compensation or refunds or otherwise) for any failure or delay in delivery which may result from any circumstances outside their control, i.e. floods, accident, acts of God etc.
Kerrie & Stewart Glenard (Orville4) will only offer insurance cover on items which are packed to our specifications using the appropriate packing materials and casings.
Our compensation is limited up to Ł1,000 (GBP) over which an alternative method of insurance could be negotiated.
