There is only one way to achieve this is to play in the Wiltshire Super league.
It is held at the The Moonrakers ,Swindon approximately once a month (See Fixtures).
If you turn up you WILL get a game (That's guaranteed!).

Super league Timetable

10.30 - Doors open

• The Bar is Open and light refreshments are available.

• The committee are normally camped out in front of the stage. If this is your first time make sure your presence is known to them as early as possible.

• The latest County & Super league statistics will be displayed on the notice board at the main entrance.

11.00 - The recommended time for players to arrive.

• If this is your first time or it is the beginning of the season, you will be required to complete a Super league registration form (£6 for the season, £3 after halfway. This includes entry into the BDO's quarterly draw. If a team place is available, the cost will be £2 per game. If not, then you will be able to play for an average' (£1).

• If both teams are present and the captains agree, the matches can start at 11am, if need be.

11.45 - Super league captains are called up to register their teams and make the draw.

• Important: Make sure you are registered by this time and that you know whether you are playing for a team or for averages.

11:50 - There will be a short break in the proceedings, when the chairman will addresses the room with:

• Any new business.

• Special Presentations.

• The next county game & player selections.

12.00 - The super league matches begin.

• There are up to 8 boards in use during the day, 3 for the men, 2 for the ladies and 1 for Youths.

• Each game consists of 5 legs 501, Straight start, double out. All your scores are recorded, then an average calculated. If you win the game you will receive a bonus point and as the season progresses your bonus points will be added to your overall average. It is this average that will be used for County selection.

• There is normally a raffle which goes around during the day (£1 a strip). And football card at a £1 a team

15:00 - The matches normally end.

• Leaving plenty of time to get home to watch the footy.

The County Time Table Prior to the Day

• To be considered for selection of Wiltshire, you have to be a eligible for selection. This is done by completing a County Registration form. A registration fee of £6 is payable after your first selection.

• If you have been selected, you may wish to Purchase you own County Shirt for £25. Owning your own shirt means that you can add your name or sponsors name to it.

On the Day 11.00 - Players are to arrive at the venue no later than 11.00am.

• Entry to the Venue is by a program, which costs £3

• The Bar is open.

• A basic County Shirts can be rented for the cost of £1 (This covers cleaning)

• There will be two practice boards.
  One for the Home Team, The other for the Away Team.

• The Draw is made by the Team Managers.

12.00 - The Ladies Matches Commence.

• The B Teams Plays on Saturday, the A Team Plays on a Sunday.

• Each Ladies team consists of 6 players.

• The format is Best of 5 legs 501 (Averages are recorded).

• The winner receives one point, which is added to the overall score over the two days.

• The highest winning ladies average on the days receives a Lady of the Match award.

14:00 - The Men's Matches Commence.

• The B Teams Plays on Saturday, the A Team Plays on a Sunday.

• Each Men's team consists of 12 players.

• The format is Best of 5 legs 501 (Averages are recorded).

• The winner receives one point, which is added to the overall score over the two days.

• The highest winning men's average on the days receives a Man of the Match award.

18:00 - The Matches End.

• Please Note that All Match times are approximate.

  Super League Fee's

  There will be a one off payment for the season of £25 this will cover all super league games and all county competitions over all it will save you £31 for the season after new year the price will be dropped down to £12.50.

  Super League

  The first super league game is on 1st July door's open at approx 11am

  So if your interested in trying to get into the Wiltshire County Darts team whether its the men's or the ladies.

  Please feel free to come along and play at super league, if you get a good darts average you could get into the teams.

  Super league is usually 1 Sunday a month at the Moonrakers in Swindon.

  Playing format

  The format has changed back to teams, Comprising of players. Playing 3X Pairs of three legs, Playing all three legs for 1 point per leg, Then six singles, Best Of 5 (1 point for a win). Playing for 15 points. Teams will be formed on the 1st July 2007. Anyone not able to find a team will be able to play for an average..

  County Weekend

  How the county game work is over 2 days the B Team plays on the Saturday and the A Team play on the Sunday.

  Each day starts with the 6 ladies games, then the 12 men's games.

  Each game is best of 5 legs 501 straight in to start and double to finish.
