Bedroom 1

This twin bedded room with en-suite facilities faces the front of the house and looks on to the garden, Fen Street and the village. This is a spacious comfortable first floor room with
flat screen television, access to our wifi network and tea and coffee
making facilities. The Stour mill stream flows past the front of the house - fish can be seen in the stream and ducks are frequent visitors. Swans have also been seen in the mill stream. Recently a family of kingfishers have built their nest under one of the bridges and flashes of blue and orange can be seen as they fly to and fro looking for food.
Bedroom 2
This delightful double en-suite bedroom on the first floor looks on to the south side of the village. There are lovely views of the 19th century Sacred Heart Catholic church and the 15th century St. James' Church of England church. The old school house (1848) can also be seen. Bedroom 2 is very comfortable with
flat screen television, access to our wifi network and tea and coffee
making facilities.

Bedroom 3
This cosy double en-suite bedroom is a very bright and airy room that captures the Anglian light by means of two very large velux windows. Situated on the ground floor there are just two sets of double steps to get to the breakfast room and hallway - these can be easily managed by people who have some mobility difficulties. The room is very comfortable with
flat screen television
and tea and coffee making facilities.
