Alfa Digest is generally sent out at least once a day; if volume is high, it may appear more frequently.
If you wish to be added, or dropped from the digest, send to majordomo@digest.net and include a standard majordomo command such as

unsubscribe alfa-digest

If you send a help message, you will receive a full list of majordomo commands. Listserv-style digest messages will not work; you MUST explicitly unsubscribe to one list and then explicitly subscribe to the other. If you are not familiar with listserv, you may disregard this paragraph.
