Husky - Transit

The Hysky was the rough brother of the Speedcrane. Although they both started from the same stable. (machine right) The Husky was a site crane for civil engineering, not primarily for road use. It went through meny versions. Most were like a Yard Crane, the cab rotating with the slewing unit but this designed for heavy work. It was rough tough, four wheel drive and four wheel steering.

The Transit is a name taht crops up given to an odd collection of units. Nether Speedcrane and the Husky they seem a throwback to the Hydra 7. Have little infromation, perhaps it was an attempt to provide a cheap and cheerfull unit again
