Hydra Husky range updated and time line range inserted. History of Hydraulics updated and extended,

New Neals crane the HyMax added as single file yet to be added to data base.

DATE - 18/06/2009

Update on speedcrane database, made into seperate file new units added.

DATE - 18/05/2009

Updated Database for Strut Jib Trucks and Mobile Units, added more and updated files of these units and made layout on date order. New works model added.

Updated Database for hydraulic units and added more of these units and made layout on date order.

DATE - 2/01/2008

Added details of new model of Taylors Jumbo Speedcrane.

DATE - 25/7/2008

The type list has bee expaned to a historical catalogue section and now includes lists and details of cranes from various back catalogues. Port Cranes from 1956, General catalogues from 1970 and 1975.

New units from these catalogues will be added to the database as time permits

New spotlight section has been added with greater details of particular cranes.

A list of the cranes Coles produced and been sent to me and now this list has now been added to the site. It can be accesses from the main page or the database index page. Please let me know of any cranes omitted.

Also a section describing crane types has been added in the technical section.

DATE - 19/4/2008

At long last pages have been added to the technical section. These deal with Jibs, naming of crane parts and the description and history of the slew rings.

DATE - 05/4/2008

Two new sections added to database of cranes: These are :- Rail Mounted Cranes, Database and History. Military Cranes from the early ema units to the latest hysraulic cranes.

DATE - 18/1/2008

Text History updated wit a section that takes the story form where the 100 years book leaves off to the final decline and closure of Coles in 1984.

DATE - 27/12/2007

A complete update of the site has seen more history information added and a complete overhaul of the crane database. Hopefully it will be better to navigate. Hydraulic Truck cranes have been added to he database.
