WINDOWS
All the windows insert the same way.
1. Go to the layer you wish the window to be displayed on.
2. From the pop down menu or the Icon bar select windows.
3. From the pop up icon window select the style of window you want.
4. Pick on the screen the bottom left hand corner of the window.
5. Enter or pick on the screen the width and then the height of the window.
The window is then automatically drawn.
SINGLE DOORS
All the door insert functions work the same way.
1. Go to the layer you wish the doors to be displayed on.
2. From the pop down menu or the Icon bar select single internal (or external) doors.
3. From the pop up icon window select the style of door you want.
4. Enter the number 1 or 2, for a left (1) or right (2) opening door.
5. Pick on the screen the bottom left (or right) hand corner of the door.
6. Enter or pick on the screen the width and then the height of the door.
7. Enter the width of the architrave.
8. Pick the type of handle, leaver, leaver lock, push or pull.
The door is then automatically drawn.
Internal and external doors are the same except the external doors are drawn
to the size of the opening with no extended architrave surround.
DOUBLE DOORS
All the door insert functions work the same way.
1. Go to the layer you wish the doors to be displayed on.
2. From the pop down menu or the Icon bar select double internal (or external) doors.
3. From the pop up icon window select the style of door you want.
4. Pick on the screen the centre of the double doors.
5. Enter or pick on the screen the width and then the height of the door.
6. Enter the width of the architrave.
7. Pick the type of handle, leaver,leaver lock, push or pull.
The door is then automatically drawn.
Internal and external doors are the same except the external doors are drawn
to the size of the opening with no extended architrave surround.
BITS and BOBS
1. Go to the layer you wish the item to be displayed on.
2. From the pop down menu or the Icon bar select Bits.
3. From the pop up icon window select the item you want.
1. CLAY AIR BRICK
Insert 215x150 air brick
2. RWP
Follow prompts to place side elevation of RWP
a. Pick connection point with gutter.
b. Pick point of first bend.
c. Pick face of building.
d. Pick ground level
The pipe is then automatically drawn.
2. RWP
Follow prompts to place elevation of RWP
a. Pick connection point with gutter.
b. Pick point of first bend.
d. Pick ground level
The pipe is then automatically drawn.
3. HR GUTTER
Insert standard 100mm HR gutter
4. CHIMNEY
Insert double or single chimney stack.
a. Pick higher part roof slope
b. Pick a point LOWER down on the roof slope.
c. Pick the lower intersection point.
The chimney is then automatically drawn.
5. STEPPED FLASHING
Draw flashing along a sloping roof etc.
a. Pick highest part flashing roof slope
b. Pick the LOWER point of flashing on the roof slope.
The flashing is then automatically drawn.
6. BRICK CORBEL
Draw brick corbel standard 75mm brick.
a. Pick start of corbel.
b. Pick or enter width of corbel.
The corbel is then automatically drawn.
7. BRICK HEADERS
Draw Headers in course horizontally
a. Pick left hand point of header run.
b. Pick right hand end of run.
The header row is then automatically drawn.
8. BRICK BANDING
Draw Brick banding any angle between two lines.
a. Pick left hand point of banding run line.
b. Pick right hand end of run line.
c. Pick line perpendicular to base line.
The banding row is then automatically drawn.
9. VERGE TILES
Places profiles of verge tiles 300mm along slope.
a. Pick lower point of roof slope.
b. Pick top point of roof slope.
The tile profile is then automatically drawn.
10. DENTAL COURSE
Brick row and dental course any length.
a. Pick left hand point of dental run.
b. Pick right hand end of run.
The dental course is then automatically drawn.
